He's dedicated to all he does and doesn't live his life with regrets. He's struggled to get where he is today so he's earned the right to be confident in himself. Others have tried to destroy his self-esteem and break him but he's stronger than that. No one can discourage him because he knows who he is. His heart has so many barriers but if you take the time to break each one you'd really be amazed at his inner beauty.
